Great service, great staff, great work.

Very knowledgeable about insurance details and incredibly efficient service.  It was a pleasure to bring my car here!

They even washed (and vacuumed !!! ) my car.  Highly impressed.

They did a great job on my car.  They were very clear with their communication and the car looks great like the day I bought it.

Keep in mind that auto body work is SPENDY - so don't be surprised what your little touch up here or there ends up costing.   Just pay attention and you'll stay on right on track.

I was referred here by both my insurance co and the insurance co of the individual who rear-ended me so I had pretty high expectations.  They were completely met and I was very impressed with their customer service.  

Lacy and Dan spent the most time with me and are awesome at customer service!  When I called to tell them I had to leave town on the day they said my car would be ready, Lacy made sure my car was top of the list for re-assembly and was ready a day earlier than estimated.  

I was pleasantly surprised by the free coffee mug with candy and the gift certificate.  They obviously pride themselves on excellent service and I appreciate that extra mile a lot!!!

The bumper and paint job look great.  When I picked up the truck (with camper shell) I was having a hard time latching it shut.  Lacy and I tried to figure out why and she caught that they had put the camper shell on a little crooked.  It was 10 minutes til closing but rather than act put out, the tech and other crew happily fixed it til it was seated correctly.  Thank you!

This place is great!

I recently got into an accident and came in the day after and got a damage estimate. They were fast, friendly and ordered the parts I needed the same day. When the parts came in about a week later, they gave me a call to bring my car in. They told me that it would take about 9 days. On day eight I decided to give them a call to see whats up and find out if I would be able to pick up my car tomorrow. ( I was hoping that they would call me with the update) but they said my car would be done the next day!

There may had been some delay if one of their guy could not come in to do some of the detailing paint on my car, but everything worked out and on time! and when I got my car it was PERFECT and CLEANED! My wheels were even shining! They even gave me a complimentary coffee mug which I shall use every morning :)

My insurance company directed me here after a lady casually backed into me in a parking lot.  At the time, I was a little PO'ed, cus my lovely car had a dent in his bumper.  But fate betwixted me again, and it turned out to be the best thing to happen to me and my camry!

Not only did Oakland Auto Body do a great job on the repairs, their customer service is phenomenal. They're clearly trying to get mayjuh service points, but hey, works for me! They were super friendly on the phone, and very nice when I brought in my car.  It didn't take long for them to fix it, and when I went to get it,  my car had been cleaned (inside & out.. i felt guilty for not moving all the crap in the backseat... it was vacummed, too) and WAXED! thanks, guys! i think the last time that car was waxed was probably the last time i got hit and had to take it in.  

They also gave me a mug filled with candy, the bottle of touch-up paint they had used (still 90% full), and a $50 gift certificate to come back! what a great place! i don't care if it's all an act to make me love them - it totally worked!!!!

I only had my bumper replaced, so I can't comment extensively on their repair abilities.. but they did a great job on my car & did it fast, so I think I would trust them to do more. A+!

Fantastic!  Fantastic!  Fantastic!

The staff was always friendly, professional, very helpful, and didn't hold my car for days until parts came in (so I could still use it - important during our rainy season).  My car was a completely dirty (I've been meaning to clean/detail it - for the last year...), and I was so shocked at the glimmer of my rims and the shine of the car that I almost forgot to check the repairs (impeccable really, just fabulous).

I hope not to need an auto body repair shop often, or ever really, but if I do I'm bringing it back here.  Oh!  And they worked with my insurance for me, so I didn't have to worry about a thing.  Just fantastic.  Really.

Fantastic all around.

AMAZING customer service, amazing work at VERY VERY AFFORDABLE prices. They even throw in extra work too, like cleaning your car. You feel SO safe and respected with them.

Ok, I never imagined an auto body place could be this great. It is clean and well lit, there is lots of staff in the office, one of them jumped up to help me the second I showed up (and others did the same for people who came in after me) they were friendly, helpful, fast) now I must admit I haven't yet seen their work, I was just in for an estimate, but I have never been this impressed by any company that deals with cars.‎
I never thought I could fall in love with an auto shop. I was wrong.
